About Pureflow Bio

Pureflow Bio is an aquaculture and aquarium equipment manufacturer based in India.

We design, fabricate and integrate filtration equipment and aquatic systems for fish farming, hatcheries, public aquariums and oceanariums. From a single filter to a turnkey project, we start with your water conditions, operating needs and site layout.

An Indian manufacturer and aquatic systems integrator

Pureflow Bio brings equipment manufacturing and system integration together. Our work covers recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS), BioFloc units, filtration equipment, custom tanks and aquarium life support systems (LSS).

Each application needs a different treatment arrangement. Therefore, we review the species, water type, operating load and maintenance access before proposing the equipment and connections.

Our vision

To help develop productive aquaculture systems and well-planned aquatic exhibits, with attention to water use and practical operation.

Our mission

To turn a clear project brief into equipment and systems that suit the application, site and people who will operate them.

What Pureflow Bio does

Pureflow Bio moving bed biofilter equipment

Aquaculture equipment manufacturing

Select individual treatment components for freshwater or marine duties. Our range covers mechanical screening, protein skimming, biological filtration, UV, ozone, gas management and tanks.

RAS and BioFloc systems

Coordinate tanks, treatment stages, circulation, aeration and controls around the production plan. As a result, equipment selection and the site layout can be reviewed together.

Public aquariums and oceanariums

Plan display tanks, acrylic tunnel arrangements and life support as parts of one project. Fabrication, theming, installation and commissioning are included where stated in the agreed scope.

Equipment that works within the whole system

For example, suspended-solids removal, biological treatment and protein skimming have different jobs. We help define those duties and connect the selected equipment through an agreed process layout.

Who we work with

Fish farms and hatcheries

Equipment and integrated treatment for nursery, grow-out and hatchery requirements. Selection starts with species, daily feed, water quality and the operating plan.

Ornamental fish farms and koi ponds

Filtration and tank arrangements for ornamental production, holding and display. Access for cleaning and reliable water circulation are part of the design brief.

Public aquariums and oceanariums

Display and life support planning for visitor-facing aquatic exhibits. In addition, the scope can cover tunnel arrangements, touch pools and themed structures.

Research centres and laboratories

Systems for defined research duties and pilot applications. Monitoring points, operating conditions and project constraints are agreed before fabrication.

Government and institutional projects

Aquaculture and aquatic-exhibit requirements for public and institutional programmes. Technical documentation and responsibilities are set out in the project scope.

Resorts, hotels and visitor attractions

Aquarium displays, aquatic features and supporting treatment equipment. The proposed arrangement must suit the site, operator and maintenance routine.

These are application groups we support, rather than a list of named customers or completed installations.

From project brief to operation

Step 1

Understand the requirement

First, share the application, water type, operating duty, location and available space. Existing drawings and water analysis help us review the starting point.

Step 2

Define the system and scope

Next, agree the process arrangement, equipment schedule and interfaces. The quotation identifies the included components, site responsibilities and project schedule.

Step 3

Fabricate and integrate

Then, manufacture the agreed equipment and coordinate pipework, controls and installation requirements. Any inspection or testing is defined for the supplied scope.

Step 4

Commission and support

Finally, carry out the agreed commissioning and operator handover. Training, troubleshooting, maintenance and ongoing support are arranged for the project.

How we approach your project

Custom engineering

Match equipment to the application, water chemistry and installation conditions. A generic tank volume or an equipment photograph is not enough to establish a treatment duty.

Manufacturing in India

Work directly with a manufacturer based in India. Confirm materials, drawings, dimensions, connection standards and the supplied components before ordering.

Practical operation and maintenance

Plan isolation, drainage, lifting and service access alongside the treatment process. This helps the operating team inspect and maintain the system.

Clear project responsibilities

Agree the boundaries between equipment supply, civil work, utilities and installation. Likewise, define commissioning, training and any maintenance agreement in the quotation.

Training and technical support

Help for the people operating the system

Our support capabilities include operator training, BioFloc and RAS operation workshops, LSS monitoring, troubleshooting and system reviews.

Before ordering, discuss the handover documents, commissioning assistance and training your team needs. Annual maintenance arrangements and site visits are included only when agreed.

Supply terms that fit the scope

Equipment has the confirmed one-year warranty and dispatch within 15 working days after order confirmation. Transit time is additional, and the quotation confirms coverage and delivery responsibilities.

For a complete turnkey project, the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning schedule is agreed separately.
