Live Feed Production Systems

Artemia Hatching Systems

Pureflow’s Live Feed Production Systems not only support consistent, high-density cultivation of essential live feeds like rotifers, Artemia, and microalgae but also ensure reliable and scalable performance. Moreover, since these modular units create optimal conditions for rapid biomass growth, they guarantee nutrient-rich live feed production at every stage. In addition, because hatcheries and aquaculture facilities require dependable nutrition, the systems deliver continuous output for both larvae and juvenile fish. Furthermore, easy operation combined with durable construction allows efficient use with minimal maintenance. Consequently, aquaculture operations achieve higher survival rates, healthier growth, and sustainable productivity. Ultimately, Pureflow systems provide a complete solution for professional live feed management.

Designed for efficiency and easy maintenance, each system integrates temperature control, aeration, and precise lighting. Built with food-grade, corrosion-resistant materials, our systems ensure biosecurity and scalability. Whether for marine hatcheries, RAS units, or research labs, Pureflow live feed systems deliver reliable performance for healthy, fast-growing aquatic species.

Success of the Artemia Salina Culture Process

Artemia salina nauplii  not only serve as a vital live feed in aquariums, research institutes, universities, laboratories, aquaculture facilities, and the ornamental fish industry but also deliver unmatched nutritional benefits. Moreover, because they provide rich levels of DHA and EPA, they significantly enhance survival rates and larval development during the most critical early stages of marine species. In addition, when enriched under fully controlled conditions, Artemia salina nauplii ensure consistent quality, superior biosecurity, and reliable performance throughout the culture process.

Furthermore, the unique biology and adaptability of Artemia salina have consistently contributed to the growth of marine finfish farming. Consequently, they offer sustainable and reliable nutrition that not only supports aquaculture productivity but also strengthens global food security. Ultimately, Artemia salina nauplii remain an indispensable resource for modern aquaculture and marine research.

Equipment Structure

Pureflow Biofloc Artemia LFP Skid Systems not only provide efficient live feed production but also ensure user-friendly operation through a compact and practical design. Moreover, since the system includes four single vessels mounted on one sturdy table, it maximizes space utilization while maintaining durability. In addition, each vessel, with an 18.5-liter capacity, supports reliable Artemia cultivation under controlled conditions. Furthermore, because every vessel features a single valve with a camlock, operators can easily collect livestock and perform drainage with minimal effort. Consequently, hatcheries, aquaculture facilities, and research labs benefit from a streamlined process, reduced labor, and consistent live feed output. Ultimately, Pureflow systems deliver dependable performance for sustainable aquaculture production.

Rotifers Live Feed Production

The Rotifers Live Feed Production Unit not only ensures efficient rotifer culture and enrichment but also delivers high performance with durable construction and easy operation. Moreover, because it is designed for compact use, the system fits perfectly in hatcheries, marine aquariums, and RAS facilities. In addition, it guarantees reliable live feed with consistent quality; therefore, larval fish rearing and aquaculture nutrition always achieve superior results. Furthermore, minimal maintenance combined with maximum productivity allows operators to save time while improving output. Ultimately, this advanced solution supports sustainable aquaculture by providing continuous, high-quality nutrition for healthy and fast-growing aquatic species.

Nutritionally critical for Larvae

Live rotifers not only play a vital role in aquariums and aquaculture but also provide a highly nutritious food source, especially during the delicate larval stages of marine organisms. Moreover, because they deliver balanced nutrition and enhance survival rates, they remain an essential component of successful hatchery and RAS operations

Designed for maximum efficiency and easy maintenance, our systems integrate advanced temperature control, provide consistent aeration, and deliver precise lighting. Moreover, we build them with food-grade, corrosion-resistant materials; therefore, they ensure durability, biosecurity, and reliability. In addition, because scalability remains critical in aquaculture, every unit expands seamlessly as production demands increase. Furthermore, whether you operate marine hatcheries, manage RAS facilities, or run advanced research laboratories, Pureflow live feed systems consistently support healthy operations. Consequently, aquatic species grow faster, stay healthier, and achieve superior performance. Ultimately, these benefits translate into sustainable practices and profitable outcomes for every aquaculture project.

Equipment Structure & Operation

Pureflow Rotifer Skid Systems are compact, high-performance units designed for efficient live rotifer culture in hatcheries and aquariums. Each system features three 17-liter vessels mounted on a durable table, supported by an integrated nutrition tank, precise dosing pump, and oxygenation via air stones. A single camlock valve per vessel ensures quick drainage and easy livestock collection. The external air blower (sold separately) delivers consistent aeration, essential for optimal rotifer health. Built with corrosion-resistant materials and streamlined for ease of use.  The system delivers reliable live feed production for marine larvae, reef aquariums, and aquaculture hatcheries.

Rotifer Skid System offer excellent performance in Rotifer culture conditions distributing the Rotifer feed equally in every single point of the Unit, assisting the Rotifers to obtain their nutritional value.

The Rotifer Skid System procides a controlled physicochemical environment, culture and enrichment conditions of the Rotifer, which is vitally critical for the EPA and DHA nutritional value and better survival and quality of the larvae.

Copepod Live Feed Production

Pureflow Copepod Live Feed Production Units not only ensure efficient and high-yield copepod reproduction but also guarantee long-term reliability through robust, food-grade construction. Moreover, because these systems are designed for simplicity, they deliver excellent performance with easy operation and minimal maintenance. In addition, each unit includes a 420L culture vessel paired with a 450L sump, integrated with just two camlock-equipped valves—one dedicated to livestock collection and drainage, and the other designed for transfer between vessels.

Furthermore, since copepods remain a nutritious and natural live feed, they play a vital role in supporting larval fish and filter-feeders across marine hatcheries, ornamental aquariums, and RAS facilities. Consequently, Pureflow systems provide biosecure operation, scalable output, and consistent feed quality. Ultimately, they stand as the ideal solution for professional aquaculture facilities, research labs, and public aquarium displays.
