Our innovative fish farm design is developed to process 100% of the system’s water flow through robust concrete protein skimmers, because effective solid waste removal is critical for maintaining water quality.
The design ensures that all circulating water passes through these skimmers with a significant skimming dwell time, so suspended organic particles are efficiently separated from the water column.
This extended dwell time is essential because it increases contact between the water and air-ozone mixture, which enhances the removal of fine particulates and dissolved organic compounds
We carefully designed the system to keep energy consumption at the lowest levels because efficiency is critical. We also planned for maintenance contingencies so the system can run continuously without interruption.
The design supports not only mechanical filtration but also improves water chemistry because optimal conditions are essential for fish health and biosecurity.
The system stabilizes pH and promotes effective ozone infusion. These improvements in water chemistry are vital because they reduce stress on aquatic species, support beneficial microbial activity, and help maintain ideal metabolic rates for fish growth.
